Which financial documents do we need to submit?

To assess your organization’s financial capacity to manage grant funds, you will need to provide the most recent available financial documents (from the last two years).

Audited financial statements or independently reviewed financial statements produced within the last two years are required for requests for grant funds over $25,000.

For grant requests of $25,000 or less, IRS Form 990 or 990-EZ from the last two years is sufficient.

If your organization submits a 990-N, you will be required to submit additional documents, such as a current fiscal year-to-date profit and loss statement, most recent balance sheet, etc.
