Non-endowed funds offer five investment strategies from Money Market to All Equity — choose based on your grantmaking timeline.
For non-endowed funds, you may choose from five strategies:
- Money Market — Preserves capital, maximizes liquidity. Best if you plan to grant soon.
- Conservative — Lower risk; mix of short-term fixed income and modest equity. Best for near-term grantmaking with modest growth.
- Balanced — Moderate risk; balances preservation and growth. A common middle-ground choice.
- Growth — Moderately aggressive; greater equity weighting for longer time horizons.
- All Equity — Aggressive; 100% equities for long-term growth. Best if you don't plan to grant for several years.
