How is financial need determined for scholarships?

Financial need is assessed using your FAFSA Student Aid Index (SAI), uploaded during the application.

Financial need is determined based on the information entered into the online Scholarship Application. All applicants are encouraged to complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form.
 
Students will be asked to upload a copy of their FAFSA confirmation email, which shows their estimated Student Aid Index (SAI). This figure is used to help determine financial need for eligible scholarships.
