Are all Community Foundation scholarships need-based?

No. Each scholarship has unique eligibility criteria, and not all require demonstrated financial need.
Some scholarships are merit-based, recognizing academic achievement, community involvement, or a specific field of study. Others are need-based, or a combination of both.
When you complete a single Community Foundation Scholarship Application, you are automatically considered for all scholarships for which you are eligible — including both need-based and non-need-based awards. Your eligibility is determined by the criteria specific to each scholarship fund.
